What we collect
- Chat messages you type to our AI advisor, and a random session ID stored on your device so the conversation can continue.
- Contact details you choose to share in the chat or forms, such as your name, phone number, area and what you need.
- Business listing details submitted by businesses and property owners.
- Basic usage data such as visit counts, pages viewed and the city you browse.
We do not ask for payment card details, OTPs, Aadhaar or PAN numbers in the chat.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and recommend local services.
- To connect you with a business or property owner, only after you agree in the chat or form.
- To verify and publish business listings.
- To improve the website and count visitors.
Who we share it with
- Listed businesses: your name, phone number and requirement, only when you ask to be contacted.
- Service providers that run our website and chat: hosting (Netlify), automation (n8n), AI model provider, and Google Sheets for storing records. They process data on our behalf.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Chat and lead records are kept for up to [12] months and then deleted, unless we need them longer for a legal reason. Business listings are kept while they are active.
