• AI Padosi is a directory and advice service. We are not the provider of the listed services and are not a party to any deal between you and a business or property owner.
• Fees, timings and availability are provided by the businesses and may change. Please confirm them before you hire or pay anyone.
• AI answers are general guidance, not medical, legal or financial advice. In an emergency, call 112.
• For property, check documents yourself (title, OC, RERA registration, society NOC, registered agreements) before paying any amount.

For listed businesses and property owners

• You confirm that the details you submit are true and that you are allowed to offer the service or property.
• Health professionals must list factual information only (qualification, services, fees, timings) and follow the rules of their professional council.
• Real estate agents and builders must hold a valid MahaRERA registration where required and show it on project listings.
• We may verify, edit for clarity, refuse or remove any listing, including after complaints.
• Premium plan: ₹100 per month, First month free. Premium gives priority placement and leads; it does not guarantee a number of customers. Cancel any time; the listing then returns to Basic at the end of the paid period. [Refund policy.]
• Customer contact details shared with you as leads may be used only to respond to that customer's request.

Advertising

Featured listings and banners are paid placements and are labelled "Featured" or "Sponsored". Ads must be truthful and lawful. We may refuse any ad.
